You bear the responsibility for ensuring the information submitted by you is accurate. If you have failed to specify accurate data (intentionally or not), it will affect the information and recommendations we provide you and the products we offer. As such, it may have the consequences, for which we do bear no responsibility.
All prices in our online pharmacy are in CAD and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We regularly update the pricing information on the website, ensuring that it’s always accurate. However, an error is sometimes possible. In case of error, which caused the charge to be higher than it has to be, we will identify all the customers, who’ve overpaid and reimburse the difference.
Concluding a Binding Contract
Once you’ve placed an order with us and have purchased products or services, we will confirm it by sending a confirmation email to the email address you’ve provided to us. Legal restrictions and professional codes of conduct can place limitations on the number and frequency of any product we are allowed to send you. It means that we may not provide the quantities that exceed the relevant permitted maximum and we will charge you only for the maximum amount we can deliver. We hold the right to reject any order.
Authorization of Medicines Orders
Our consultants and pharmacists can only make a decision and recommend products which suit you best, based on your doctor’s recommendations. Sometimes, we may ask you to provide additional information on your health besides the details you have already submitted. You are fully responsible for all the circumstances that may occur if you buy medicines over the counter.
Packaging and Shipping Costs
Packaging fee is charged on all orders of products, which cost less than $35. The cost of delivery varies, depending on the type of service you choose when placing your order. You can find precise information on the current shipping costs on the Delivery page on our website.
Canadian Pharmacy Mall will dispense all medicines and products offered on this website. It usually takes one day to collect your order after you’ve placed it. All products for delivery are sent either with Regular Airmail or Express Courier delivery service. Express Courier service is currently available only in Canada. The Regular Airmail delivery can be booked for shipping the products to other countries.
As any licensed company, we allow returns of our products under certain conditions. You can return any product within 14 days of the day of delivery. Please contact us if you want to return an item at [email address]. Some medical products cannot be returned due to legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines. Certain cosmetic or personal care products cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons. It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to cover the return costs, including shipping and tracking of those. We recommend using a reliable courier to prevent further dismay. The items returned should be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. CPM reserves the right to decline the refund if the above conditions are not adhered.
To cancel or change your order, please email or call us at your earliest convenience. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can apply changes to it. In case the order has already been shipped, we can’t cancel it or provide a refund.
At CPM, we do our best to make every customer 100% satisfied with his shopping experience with us. However, we understand that there may be certain circumstances when we cannot guarantee it. We regularly lead professional training sessions for all our employees and try to get things right the first time. CPM bears responsibility for any misplaced items and their redelivery in this case.
It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products we ship are received by you or by a person you trust. We will send the products to the shipping address you have specified for delivery. The person receiving the package does not need to be the person who has ordered the medications. You understand and agree with the fact that we are not liable for the postal and courier service and we are not responsible for products, which are not received by you after we have dispatched them.
