At Canadian Pharmacy Mall, we pay maximum attention not only to the variety and to quality of our products, but their delivery, as well. We do our best to provide a fast, safe and reliable shipping to every customer.

Shipping methods

Ordering products in our online pharmacy, you can choose between several shipping options:

  • Regular Airmail – Choosing this shipping option, you can receive your order within 10-21 business days. The price of the shipping varies, depending on the package weight and destination point. However, the average cost of the shipping is around $15.
  • Express Courier – Selecting this shipping service, you can expect your package to be delivered faster. The regular timeframe is about 8-14 days. The price of this shipping service is usually higher and costs up to $25 per order.

Both shipping options are safe and reliable and have their advantages and disadvantages (such as the cost of delivery). It entirely depends on your personal preferences which option to choose. Please be noted that we offer the Regular Airmail shipping to the majority of our worldwide customers. The Express Courier delivery is available only in Canada. Ordering Express Courier delivery, you can also book additional options for an extra fee. These are tracked shipping, last-minute changes to your order and overnight shipping to your doorstep.

What is the difference between billing and shipping address?

When placing an order with us, you will be asked to provide both billing and delivery address. The billing details are usually linked to your debit or credit card, while the shipping address is the one where you want to ship the purchased products. If you order goods for your personal use, both addresses are usually the same.

Even if your shipping and billing details are the same, make sure to include both of them when completing your order. This will guarantee that your products come to you in full and in time.

How to place an order?

You can start your shopping by choosing between medical and non-medical products in our online catalogue and adding the necessary item to your virtual cart. Make sure to indicate the dosage and amount you would like to purchase.

Once you have added the desired products to the cart, proceed with the Checkout. On the Checkout Page, you will have to fill in your personal data, which include billing and shipping address and payment details. Any personal or payment information you add remains safe and secure with us. We never disclose it to third parties.

You will be offered to select the shipping service – Regular Airmail or Express Courier delivery. As it has been mentioned previously, the choice of the delivery option depends on how fast you want your package to be delivered, and your location. Choosing the delivery option, you can also check whether you qualify for free shipping.

Even though we offer delivery to most of the countries worldwide, some countries may have restrictions on the medicines allowed for import. Please check if your country accepts the delivery of your products. If you are not sure whether your products are permitted to be shipped or not, do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with precise information.

We kindly ask all our customers to check their postbox periodically close to the planned delivery date. Many manufacturers state that their products have to stay away from humidity and direct sunlight. Leaving them in the mailbox for a long time where the products can be exposed to moisture or heat can cause damage to the items.

Sometimes we may not be able to ship your products on the same day you’ve placed your order. It can happen because a particular product can be out of stock. In this case, we’ll ship your order the next day. We do not hold any responsibility for the inability to ship products, which have been called off by the manufacturer.

Be noted that delivery to some rural areas may take longer than the planned time.

How to insure the shipping, avoiding delivery delays and other issues?

Our drug store doesn’t bear any responsibility for the inability of a third-party courier to deliver your package in full and in time. To make sure your medications are securely shipped on time, without being lost during the transit, we recommend you to insure your order. On the checkout page, you can select the insurance option, which comes at a fee of $4,95. Checking this option, you are guaranteed to get your products no matter what. If anything happens to the package during the transit, we promise to reship your order as soon as possible.

Please be aware that you get FREE insurance coverage to any order, which costs more than $200.

Refunds & Returns

Just like any business operating in Canada and worldwide, we must provide our clients with return and refund options for the products we sell. You can find Refund and Return Policy in the corresponding sections on our online pharmacy website. Please read these carefully before requesting a refund or returning medical and non-medical products to us.

Here are the main points of the Refund and Return Policies:

  • Any of our customers can return the purchased products within two weeks (14 days) of the day of delivery. During this period, the client can ask a 100% refund of the cost of the products he/she plans to return in case the safety, quality or any other specifications of these products don’t meet the stated characteristics.
  • We explore each case of refund individually, paying attention to the number of products ordered, their initial cost, whether a discount code to buy the goods was applied, the condition of the products returned, and so on.
  • Please be aware that some medications cannot be returned due to existing laws.
  • You hold the responsibility of your order until we have confirmed whether the reception of the items from your order is eligible for refund or return.
  • The customer is fully responsible for all the costs associated with the return of the products. However, we’ll reimburse these costs, if we notice that the products were expired, damaged or otherwise impossible to use through our fault.
  • Any customer has 14 days to send back the products to us after we approve your return request.
  • The refund is issued within seven business days after the confirmation of return delivery. We’ll send the reimbursement using the same payment method you used when placed your order with us.
  • IMPORTANT! Please do not ship any products until you get a written return confirmation from our online pharmacy.
