Cancellation Policy

Deadline for a full refund is Oct 9, 2008.

Cancellation requests should be in writing.

Cancellation requests postmarked between Oct 10-Oct 25, 2009 will receive registration minus $75 administration fee.

Cancellations postmarked after Oct 25, 2009, or attendees who do not attend the conference, will forfeit all fees. PAHCS is not responsible for any lodging or transportation expenses.
