Cancellation Policy

Deadline for a full refund is Oct 10.

Cancellation requests should be in writing.

Cancellation requests postmarked between Oct 10-Oct 20 will receive registration refund minus $75 administration fee.

Cancellations postmarked after Oct 20 or attendees who do not attend the conference, will forfeit all fees. PAHCS is not responsible for any lodging or transportation expenses.
