Cancellation
Policy
Deadline for a full refund is Oct 5, 2008.
Cancellation requests should be in writing.
Cancellation requests postmarked
between Oct 6-Oct 25, 2008 will receive registration minus $75
administration fee.
Cancellations postmarked after Oct 25, 2008, or attendees
who do not attend the conference, will forfeit all fees. PAHCS is not
responsible for any lodging or transportation expenses. |
